I have taken this time to share our experience with whoever will read this about our home buying purchase of late.

We were notified that our condo, which we had lived in for the past two years was going to be sold. Our choice at the time was to purchase from the owner or relocate. We were not interested in the condo for the amount the owner was asking. So we tried finding another condo with all the amenities that our current place had, but had no luck in our search. We came to the conclusion that we needed to purchase a home to stay in our area.

I reached out to a good friend that had just bought his home and asked some questions regarding his experience and how easy it was to get his home. He expressed great interest in his real estate agent and how well the guy worked for him. He spoke very highly of his agent and suggested to me to reach out and set up a consult with him.

Within a couple days my wife and I were introduced to real estate agent Aaron Racicot. We sat down with him to explain our situation and demands basically. Aaron was a great listener right off the bat, he was hearing what we were requesting and was ready to help us in our search. Within a couple of days we were looking at properties and working through some VA financing. He did keep us in the area of our request and was very outgoing towards our hopes of what we wanted. Two things were high on our priority list and he keep them there and did nothing on his end to change our minds. I am very grateful for his attitude toward his job and found it comforting that he had our back.

We found a place to our liking and decided to make an offer. This is where Aaron really shined. Dealing with the listing agent, the VA financing company, the inspection guy, the home owners association, the builders, and the ability to organize everything and keep us toward our goal of a new home in a short time frame seemed easy and pain free!!!

I am giving this guy 5 stars for a very good reason,,,,,,,he deserves that and more!!!! I am not usually someone to take the time to right a review and felt he deserved a small amount of my time so I could share with whoever might be looking for or considering hiring a real estate agent. Look no further.....I believe you have just found one of the best.
